If illustration or animation sufficed, e-learning would be simple

Learning design is when all of the dimensions of an e-learning project are taken into account.

During the feasibility study, it means that we ensure that our client's requirements are comprehensive, relevant and realistic. Without undermining strategic decisions, little questions may sometimes lead to big surprises.

During the high level design and detailed design phases, experts and Instructional Designers analyse, explore, summarise and structure information to attain the specified training goals and define the most appropriate and efficient teaching strategies.

Then, during the development phase, technical, economic and human aspects are combined to achieve maximum effectiveness.

Of course, there is no silver bullet and each of the proposed solutions takes into account your constraints, objectives and environment.

Communicate,
Inform,
Train.

These three levels by order of complexity must be considered according to the different issues raised by our clients.

Useful,
Usable,
Used

Easy to understand, not so easy to do.
The 3-U rule is at the heart of our projects.
